ALERE InTouch app for iPhone and iPad

ALERE InTouch provides a mobile customer or supplier call sheet for users of the ALERE Accounting business solution.

The call sheet look-up allows search by company, search by contact name, and intelligent multiple string searches that can locate companies or individuals by entering only a few letters.

The call sheet includes company overviews, company profiles, contact profiles, item history, order history and contact logs.

Company Overview
- address, phone, email, primary contact, credit status, YTD totals

Company Profile
- payment terms, credit limit, SIC code, custom characteristics

Contact Profile
- name, title, address, phone, email, custom characteristics

Item History
- item, description, last ordered, quantity ordered, high and low price

Order History
- order header (address, date, status, total, FOB, sales rep, terms)
- line detail (item, description, quantity, price)

Contact Log
- date, time, person, contact content
